We collect your email address and password (stored as a one-way hash) when you create an account. If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We also store the list of companies you add to your watchlist and your alert preferences.
We use your email address to send you the alerts and digest emails you have opted into, to send you password reset links, and to send important service notices. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with anyone except the sub-processors listed below.
We use the following third-party services to operate Tremor:
• Stripe (stripe.com): payment processing and subscription management • Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery • Neon (neon.tech): database hosting • Vercel (vercel.com): application hosting
All sub-processors are GDPR-compliant.
The company information displayed in Tremor, including director names, filing histories, charges, and insolvency records, is sourced from the Companies House public register. This data is publicly available and licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
Tremor uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. For full details see our Cookie Policy.
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; withdraw consent to email communications at any time. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for longer.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of Tremor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
