Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work or to remember your preferences.

How Tremor uses cookies

Tremor uses only one cookie, and it is strictly necessary for the service to work:

• Session cookie: when you log in, we store a session token in a cookie so that you remain logged in as you navigate the app. Without this cookie, you would be logged out every time you visit a new page.

This cookie contains no personal information other than an encrypted session identifier. It expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.

What we do not use cookies for

Tremor does not use:

• Advertising or tracking cookies • Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) • Third-party marketing cookies • Any cookie that tracks you across other websites

We do not share cookie data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-party cookies

When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe may set their own cookies during the payment process. These are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

Managing cookies

Because we only use a strictly necessary session cookie, there is no cookie consent banner. This type of cookie is exempt from consent requirements under UK PECR regulations.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in to Tremor.

Changes to this policy

If we start using additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and notify you before doing so.
